URI SASSON
Uri began his real estate career over 40 years ago, becoming one of the first developers to build industrial buildings in Rockland County, NY. Since then, Uri has built over 4 MM SF of various types of real estate throughout Rockland County, and is one of the leading and most trusted developers in the area. Uri has worked in several partnerships over the years in his various real estate endeavors. He has built a name for himself not only for his success in his investments and construction projects, but also for giving back to the community through various charities and foundations in which he maintains active roles. Uri has now shifted focus to working with his sons and starting a new company, which he leads, and is actively seeking investment and development opportunities in both urban and suburban markets.
ELAN SASSON
Elan is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton University, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts. Elan began his real estate career as a project manager for his family owned and operated real estate management and construction company. In this role, Elan managed many different commercial and residential construction projects, as well as approximately 1 MM square feet of family owned, leased office/warehouse space throughout Rockland County. Simultaneously, he earned a real estate certificate from Baruch College’s Continuing and Professional Studies Program. Elan continued his studies at NYU, where he completed a Masters Degree in Construction Management, focusing on the development process. He then worked in Project Management at Hunter Roberts Construction Group building a +/- 100,000 SF school for the School Construction Authority. Throughout his professional experience, Elan has always been searching for and underwriting a variety of different real estate investment opportunities to further grow the family portfolio. Elan has a very well rounded approach to understanding all aspects of real estate, from the materials involved in the construction, to the finance and market demands required for a profitable project.
